Twice-Baked Potates

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Rinse potatoes and cut a slit in them to allow steam to escape
  3. Bake at 450 for 1 hour
  4. Cut potatoes in half and scoop potato out of it's scin and into a mixing bowl
  5. Add butter, milk, parm. cheese, salt and pepper
  6. Mix until creamy. (if not creamy, add milk.)
  7. Spoon mixture back into potato skins
  8. Sprinkle parm cheese, paprika and parsley on top of potato skins
  9. Broil for 1-5 minutes, until burned
