Twice-Baked Potates
Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parm. cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- sprinkle of paprika, parsley, and parm. cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450
- Rinse potatoes and cut a slit in them to allow steam to escape
- Bake at 450 for 1 hour
- Cut potatoes in half and scoop potato out of it's scin and into a mixing bowl
- Add butter, milk, parm. cheese, salt and pepper
- Mix until creamy. (if not creamy, add milk.)
- Spoon mixture back into potato skins
- Sprinkle parm cheese, paprika and parsley on top of potato skins
- Broil for 1-5 minutes, until burned
