Fantacy Fudge
Makes about 3 lbs
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups butter/margarine (1.5 sticks)
- 3/4 cups evaporated milk (5.5 oz can)
- 1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet choc. chips (2 cups)
- 1 (7oz) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Combine sugar, butter, and milk in heavy 2.5 qt saucepan.
- Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
- Add marshmellow creme and vanilla.
- Beat until well-blended
- Pour into greased 13"x9" pan
- Cool at room temperature
- Cut into squares
