Bourbon And Cracked Pepper Checken
Ingredients
- 3 lbs fried chicken cut up
- 1 T seasoned salt
- 1 cup kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
- 3/4 cup bourbon whiskey
- 1 T fresh ground or coarse black pepper
- 1 T ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine chicken and seasoned salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine Teriyaki Baste & Glaze, bourbon, black pepper and cinnamon.
- Grill chicken on a hot grill until almost done, turning occasionally to keep from sticking.
- Before the chicken turns brown, brush both sides liberally with sauce mixture.
- Brush chickenwith remaining sauce and grill for another 5 minutes.
