  1. Combine the dry seasonings; cover and set aside.
  2. Place the brisket in a shallow dish or large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag.
  3. Combine cola and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat.
  4. Cover or seal and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Drain meat; discard marinade.
  6. Rub seasoning mix over brisket; place in a large shallow roasting pan.
  7. Combine vinegar, butter and soy sauce; pour over meat.
  8. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
  9. Drain drippings; Pour barbecue sauce over meat.
  10. Cover and bake for hour or until meat is tender.
  11. Remove meat from pan; let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
  12. Serve with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
