Beef and Potato Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Cut meat into 1" cubes and coat with flour
  3. Brown meat in oil.
  4. Add onions; cook and stir until onions are tender.
  5. Pour into ungreased casserole dish.
  6. Put flour on top of meat along with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic salt.
  7. Pour water over mixture.
  8. Cover and bake 45-60 minutes.
  9. Increase oven temperature to 450.
  10. Arrange potato slices on top of meat.
  11. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
  12. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
