Chicken Quiche
Ingredients
- 2 pie crust shells
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg GW golden seasoning mix
- 1 whole chicken boob (2 halves)
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- broccoli florets (optional-steamed)
- mushrooms
- 1.5 cups grated swiss cheese
- pinch of: pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt
Directions
- Mix eggs with milk and set aside
- Saute chicken in butter
- When browned, add celery,onion,green pepper,seasonings, broccoli.
- Sprinkle GW packet over all and saute
- At last minute, add mshrooms for quick saute.
- If all liquid not cooked down, drain.
- Put 1/2 cup cheese in bottom of deep dish pie crust.
- Put chicken mixture on top of cheese and put remaining cheese on top.
- Pour egg mixure over all.
- Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
