Chili
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 2 cans (28oz each) whole peeled or diced tomatoes
- 2 diced plum tomatoes
- 6 Tbs flour
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 large onion
- 6 Tbs chili powder
directions
- brown 1 lb ground beef/turkey
- add 1 large onion
- add 1 can red kidney beans
- cook 10 min
- add 2 large (28 oz) cans whole peeled tomatoes, squished
- add 2 diced plum tomatoes
- in separate bowl, add 6 Tbs flour and 6 Tbs chili powder mixed w/ 1/2 cup water
- add up to 1/4 cup water to make paste/pudding consistancy
- add paste to chili
- boil and stir, then simmer for 45 min.
